Don't forget to grab the new Twitter app for your iPad
This is by far one of the best Twitter apps every created. It’s clean, simplistic and impossibly packed full of features. It’s still free, and it has every features (and more) as the other big name apps like Tweetdeck and Twitteriffic. We still suspect that this is going to ruin these other apps, but in the end, it’s better for us… right?

With no mention at the Apple event today, many had thought the iPod Classic was dead. But we’re gald to report that Apple is still selling the 160 GB model at a price of $250. Oh, and the gallery of the ancient media player now features it with Genius Mixes, which they refused to include in the previous revision.
The future of Digg is looking good... I think
“Keval was not budging (he kept the cat snuggly in the bag, sadly) in general, but he did outline a forthcoming publisher analytics system that will bring more data to publisher account mangers. It will include average posts per day submitted, a method to track follows and unfollows on Digg, how many click-throughs the account’s submitted stories have received.” — The Next Web
Motorola Milestone 2 Arrives with Android 2.2 and MotoBlur
It appears the the folks at Motorola have recently been having some sort of leaking disorder with its slider Android devices. First the DROID 2 was thrown about everywhere before its official launch. And now it’s international brother has been leaked and somewhat confirmed through Motorola’s Youtube channel. Check out this promo video if you’re interested in the DROID 2 but reside somewhere other than the US!
Well, and it seems that just one day after the early leak, the phone is official! Running MotoBlur on top of Android 2.2, it certainly doesn’t feel like a high end smartphone. But then HD video recording is a high-end feature along with a 1GHz OMAP, 512 MB of RAM, and a 5 megapixel cam.

The latest contender to Apple’s IPad was announced today, the Samsung Galaxy Tab. We finally have full specs, courtesy of Engdaget but really, we don’t know much else about the product. But some information is glaringly missing. Like for instance, which carrier is this going to be on? Or my favorite, about how much is this going to cost me so I can see how much top ramen I will be eating to pay for it?

Yesterday, Apple announced the new Apple TV and they seemed to be really pushing 3 major things — price, form factor and TV show rentals. They announced (amazing) 99 cent TV show rentals and the truly compelling part is they are in HD. Here is the weird part — on the Apple TV tech specs page, Apple lists the prices for content at the very bottom. HD TV show rentals are indeed 99 cents, but SD TV show rentals are also 99 cents.

The HP Envy series has always been an item of interest to me since the launch of the Envy 13 and 15. At first, they were just Macbook Pro clones, but with the introduction of the Envy 17 and Envy 14 (and now the 17 3D and 14 Beats), it’s clear that HP is now trying to do something very different and more impressive. First off, the Envy 17 3D is basically a stock Envy 17 with an AMD powered 3D technology slapped on. It comes with the shutter glasses and will support 3D Blu-Ray discs at launch.

Well it definitely wouldn’t be Apple to release some new music playing devices so here are the latest 2 videos of people dancing around to funky music and playing exciting multiplayer games. And the one featuring the Nano shows people moving it around every changing cloths!
Watch the Apple iPod keynote from yesterday
Apple’s iPod keynote was pretty cool, and they delivered on a lot of what we wanted. An iPod touch with a camera, an iPod Nano with a touchscreen and a brand new Apple TV. There’s nothing awful to say about the event, except that part when Steve rocks out to Glee. Good work Apple, have a cookie!
Video - Inception Sound Design
When you see a professionally made movie, you don’t usually think about all the work that goes into it. Of course you need good actors, good special effects, and good directing. But the one thing that is always over looked, especially by independent films, is sound. One scene of a movie can have hundreds of sound effects and tracks of audio.
This video is an inside look at the sound design behind the hit movie Inception. Within the next couple of weeks we will be having an inside look at sound design of some of Hollywoods top films.

Unlike most people, I myself own an Apple TV at my home and I love it. I store all my movies and music on my iMac and then watch all the movies I want on my TV thanks to Apple TV. I was so excited to see the latest update because it was small, a good price, and finally had Netflix. As I was strolling through the tech specs though, I found that it clearly states up to 720p and nothing about 1080p!
So, what's the deal with iTunes Ping?
“Jobs described Ping as “sort of like Facebook and Twitter meets iTunes.” You can follow your favorite artists to keep up with tour schedules and new album or song releases. You can also follow your friends to see what music they are listening to and downloading, or even what concerts they are going to.” — Ars Technica
iPod iOS 4.1 Software Update Comes Next Week
Normally we have to wait months for new iOS updates but luckily this beautiful update is coming out way next week via iTunes as usual. It will feature Game Center, iTunes Ping and TV show/Movie rentals. You’ll be able to download it soon, but here are some things to know.
All iPod touche devices should be getting Game Center, Ping and Movie/TV rentals without an issue, but iPod 2nd gen (late 2008) users will still not have Multitasking, Bluetooth keyboard support or Wallpaper… but hey, it’s still a free update right?

This thing is scary small, and by scary small I mean you may accidentally pick it up and put it in your pocket on your way out the door, instead of your Phone. This thing is also really small… oh wait I already said that… never mind.
